Our History
Welcome to HOPE Recovery Homes, a ministry that began in 2017 under the direction of Beth Haven Baptist Church. In addition to providing a weekly addiction recovery meeting, Beth Haven Baptist Church recognized the need for a Residential Recovery Home. This safe haven would allow those who need more in depth help to escape the negative influences that perpetuate addiction and provide a distraction-free environment in which to focus on breaking the bonds of addiction, cultivating a closer relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and receiving personal Biblical counseling to address the unresolved conflicts of their past. Since then, we have welcomed individuals from all over the United States to HOPE Recovery Homes. Our residents have come to understand that true freedom from addiction arises from developing a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our ministry is dedicated to facilitating that relationship and providing the resources and support necessary to help individuals find lasting healing and peace.
Our Staff & Volunteers
Our Staff and Volunteers, here at HOPE Recovery Homes, each have a strong desire and passion to see the students find lasting victory from addictions and sin through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Each staff member knows how difficult breaking free from the snare of addiction can be. The goal of each staff member is to provide a biblically structured environment, while being empathetic and showing love in order to promote a real relationship with Jesus Christ to help addicts know true freedom. Most staff members live on HOPE Recovery Homes to provide constant support, direction, and encouragement to our students. The relationships that are forged through this ministry often last many years.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower men, women, and young people to live fulfilling and victorious Christian lives, free from addiction. Our program is designed to achieve sustained victory by bringing about a fundamental shift in the character of the addict, not just a superficial adjustment of their behaviors. As a faith-based program, our success is grounded in the transformative power of God’s grace in the heart. True change can only come from a heartfelt recognition of the need for forgiveness and repentance, turning to Christ for His grace to overcome the strongholds of addiction. At our live-in rehabilitation facility, we are committed to helping individuals understand the need and to experience the freedom that comes from a deep, personal relationship with God. As the first Bible truth of HOPE states: “Only God knows how to make life work.”
